Reviewed materials and claims

Reviewed the README, landing guide, timeline, current state, roadmap, methodology, status legend, source map, all 19 track pages, CITATION, licenses, reproducibility guidance and the linked canonical records. The public manifest has 378 selected research sources. Existing archive records remain historical; Priority 2 is a separately dated update supported by the latest source state.

The nineteen-track discrepancy table records ideas, results, stopping points and failed routes. The fixed-seed traceability review follows 25 claims, five each from PROVED, FALSE/REJECTED, OPEN, KNOWN and NUMERICAL, to their canonical public/source hashes: 25/25 PASS; failures 0. Priority 2 also received a separate complete scope check.

Supported corrections and interpretation

The edit log records all substantive publication updates. The stale frontier was brought forward to fixed-head exact spanning while preserving growing-order conditioning, quantitative moving-ground capture, parity/ES, G* and RH as OPEN. The latest interval rank certificates remain distinct from floating physical-Gram diagnostics. Cyclicity remains unconditional even-L2 density, not a Weil form core or a moving-ground estimate.

No theorem was strengthened, failed route hidden or heuristic promoted. Human framing/direction and AI-assisted derivation/search/auditing are disclosed separately. The author display remains @ykbballer91. One local-language anchor and a narrow-screen line-wrap issue were repaired without changing mathematical content.

The independent adversarial review found 0 remaining blocking content issues and 0 misleading RH-proof implications. This is independent internal AI review, not external mathematical peer review.

Citations, licensing and safety

The citation review checked 22 important reference groups against primary material at explicitly recorded depths. It records 402 discovered external URL tokens without claiming every historical URL was fetched. Unresolved citation blockers material to publication: 0. Nonblocking access/version limitations remain documented; no uncertain citation was guessed.

Original text/figures: CC BY 4.0. Original code/scripts: MIT. Third-party works retain their rights. No bundled papers, dependency trees or apparent third-party full-paper reproduction were found in the bounded rights review. Unresolved material license blockers: 0.
